About The Position

At Gene Juarez, we believe that a positive guest experience has the power to transform someone's entire day. The Salon & Spa Coordinator is an integral part of this team effort, ensuring that each guest feels welcome through their in-person interactions and through providing consistent critical behind-the-scenes support. This position is for our Bellevue location.

Requirements

If age 18+, have or are willing to obtain a Class 12 or 13 MAST Permit.
Ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to anticipate the needs of guests and exceed expectations.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Resilience and ability to respond professionally to situations in-the-moment.
Comfort with organization, maintaining cleanliness, and performing repetitive tasks.
Ability to learn about changing products, services, and promotions quickly.
Open scheduling availability, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to be on your feet, standing or walking, for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist our guests, making them feel welcome from the moment they step in the door.
Support artists by preparing clean linens and supplies used during services.
Maintain a warm, clean environment in all areas of the salon, including the lobby, dressing rooms, retail shelves, and restrooms.
Assist with the replacement of retail stock and signage, including organizing and placing incoming shipments.
Engage with guests during check-out, ensuring they had a great experience and inviting them to return.
