This role involves greeting guests, managing appointments, maintaining salon cleanliness, educating guests on salon programs, and providing attentive service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service or sales experience.
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive work ethic
- A friendly, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and assist them with checking in and out
