About The Position

Whether you’re currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced stylist ready to take on full leadership responsibility, we’d love to connect with you. We’re looking for a driven Salon Manager who can run the salon like it’s their own—mentoring stylists, growing business, and building a culture clients and staff love. Earn an average of $30+ per hour (base pay, incentives, and tips), along with flexible scheduling, paid vacation and holidays, and strong support from engaged ownership.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
