The ideal candidate needs excellent communication skills, as they will be the bridge between the staff and the clients. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
