Are you a passionate stylist with leadership experience and a desire to help others succeed? Great Clips is looking for an energetic, motivated Salon Manager to lead our team, create an exceptional salon culture, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. If you thrive on coaching others, building high-performing teams, and leading by example, we’d love to meet you! Earning expectation is $65,000 to $75,000 per year, including tips.
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
- Many Salon Managers are promoted from within after showing strong leadership skills.
