Join a locally owned Great Clips salon opening this April and lead an exciting new team as a Salon Manager. We’re looking for a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering great haircuts, supporting stylists, and creating an outstanding client experience. You’ll work in a positive, fast-paced environment while helping grow the team and the business. In addition to competitive pay, the role offers extended benefits and opportunities for performance-based bonuses. This is a great opportunity to build your leadership career. Managers can expect to earn, with tips, $30-$40 per hour.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required. Many Salon Managers are promoted from within after showing strong leadership skills.
