As we open our doors we are looking for a powerhouse leader to mentor our talent and drive our success. Salon Managers lead the team, manage salon operations, and deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs. Salon Managers split their time between salon management responsibilities and providing services to customers. The balance between administrative time and floor time varies by location and reflects the specific needs of the salon.

Requirements

• Current Cosmetology/Barber License required
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
