Whether you’re currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced stylist ready to take on full leadership responsibility, we’d love to connect with you. We are looking for high energy, professional, and big picture thinker to lead our team to success!! Must have previous salon management experience of at least 5yrs. Must also be willing to start as an assistant to learn our ways and the salon team.
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Previous salon management experience of at least 5 years
- Willingness to start as an assistant to learn the salon's ways and team
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required. Many Salon Managers are promoted from within after showing strong leadership skills.
