Lead as a Manager at Great Clips, where you'll oversee a skilled team in a high-energy, customer-focused salon. Earn a competitive base pay $19 per hour. You’ll have opportunities to boost your total earnings ranging from $33-$48 including tips, plus monthly bonuses and performance incentives. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
