We’re seeking an experienced leader to drive growth, inspire a team, and elevate a thriving salon. Earn $30+ per hour (base, incentives, and tips), plus paid vacation, holidays, leadership training, and ongoing support. Step in, lead, and take a great salon to the next level.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Salon leadership experience and a passion for team development.

Nice To Haves

Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required. Many Salon Managers are promoted from within after showing strong leadership skills.
