Great Clips is seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to join our team in Marshall, Tx. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day to day salon operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive team environment. Experience cutting men and women’s hair is required. Must have an active Cosmetology License. Guaranteed hourly base pay, tips & bonus potential. Requirements
- Licensed stylist
- Experience cutting men and women’s hair
- Active Cosmetology License
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
