Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province).
Strong technical haircutting skills.
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports).
A goal-oriented mindset.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
Ability to help others grow their skills and confidence.
Desire to motivate, develop, and support a team.
Readiness to take on full salon responsibility.

Responsibilities

Lead a salon of professional stylists.
Manage salon operations.
Deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs.
Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists.
Ensure adherence to clear systems and expectations.
Utilize innovative salon technology like Online Check-In and the Great Clips App.
Focus on team performance and customer experience.
Handle day-to-day salon operations.
Provide services to customers.
