COME LEAD A TEAM OF GREAT STYLISTS AT GREAT CLIPS IN APEX NC !!! Earn $25-$35 per hour!! Free Leadership training for licensed cosmetologists. Monthly Managers bonus, tips paid daily, PAID HOLIDAY AND VACATION. Longevity bonus paid on your anniversary date. Yearly Leadership Retreat with the Team! Must have a current North Carolina Cosmetologist license. Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Current North Carolina Cosmetologist license
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
Strong organizational skills
Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Nice To Haves

Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.

Responsibilities

Lead the team, manage salon operations, and deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs.
Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists.
Manage day-to-day salon operations.
Provide services to customers.
Guide salon teams in brand delivery and achieve GREAT results.
