If you're a natural leader who loves helping others shine, this is the place for you! Managers guaranteed base pay of $18/hr, up to $20/hr if you’re experienced, plus tips! Monthly manager bonus of $300-$500. Managers earn $30/hr and up on average, total pay. You’ll get 100% paid medical and dental benefits, plus PTO, paid holidays, 401(k). Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
