Whether you’re currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced stylist ready to take on full leadership responsibility, we’d love to connect with you. We are looking for a talented and caring licensed cosmetologist or barber to lead our salon team. That believes in teamwork. Work closely with our area manager and general manager to learn our processes and refine your career. This full time flexible position earns $25-$37+ an hour-and qualify for additional bonuses. We offer paid ongoing training, PTO, paid holidays and medical-dental-vision insurance and a high performing team to bring you additional success.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
- Many Salon Managers are promoted from within after showing strong leadership skills.
