About The Position

Blo Blow Dry Bar – Pearland, TX is seeking a Manager to lead their team, build their reputation in the Pearland community, and drive business growth. This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations, leading the stylist team, driving business results, and representing the salon in the community. The ideal candidate is a leader, coach, operator, and connector.

Requirements

Previous management or leadership experience (salon/spa/hospitality/retail preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable coaching performance and holding a team accountable
Willingness to network and represent the business in the community
Regular weekend availability, with some evenings as needed
Passion for people, culture-building, and business results

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support the stylist team, and continue to recruit and hire as the salon grows.
Lead training, coaching, and 1:1 development conversations.
Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable.
Be present and hands-on during busy shifts, especially weekends, to support the team.
Own the guest experience from first booking to rebooking, and assist at the front desk as needed.
Track and drive key business metrics: sales, memberships, retail, rebooking.
Manage scheduling, payroll support, and day-to-day bar operations.
Maintain brand standards across the bar's look, feel, and systems.
Build Blo Pearland's presence and reputation in the local community.
Develop collaborations and partnerships with other local businesses.
Represent Blo Pearland at community events, women's groups, and organizations like the Chamber of Commerce.
Identify local marketing opportunities to bring new guests through the door.
Act as the face of Blo Pearland at outside events and networking opportunities.
