About The Position

Drybar is seeking a Salon Manager with a background in cosmetology or the beauty industry to lead daily operations, support a team of stylists and front desk associates, and deliver an exceptional client experience. The ideal shop manager cultivates relationships, manages daily tasks, and oversees business, people, and mission. This role is suited for an ambitious individual who thrives on growth, juggles multiple tasks, is always problem-solving, and maintains a positive attitude. Shop Managers are crucial to delivering great hair services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience
• Previous experience in managing a minimum of 15 direct reports
• Experience in a fast paced service environment
• Consistently delivers remarkable customer service and has a genuine passion for quality
• Advanced experience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing a team
• Inventory management and scheduling experience
• Proven track record in growing sales

Nice To Haves

• Salon experience and/or cosmetology license preferred

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop stylists and front desk team
• Build relationships with local cosmetology schools
• Manage and coach a team of 15-25 people
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, inventory and local shop marketing
• Drive revenue and shop performance
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service
• Resolve client concerns
• Deliver on all Drybar core values
