We're seeking an experienced Salon Manager who inspires their team, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and helps drive salon success in a positive, supportive environment. Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills

• Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
