Thanks to incredible clients and a team that truly supports one another—now we’re looking to add an exceptional Manager to the team. We’re seeking a licensed barber / cosmetologist who is motivated, skilled, and genuinely kind with exceptional customer service skills. Collaborate closely with our Area Manager, help expand our team, and provide excellent service to our dedicated customers. It's a full-time opportunity with strong earning potential: $30–$45+ per hour, plus bonus opportunities, medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, paid holidays, paid training and other extras.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
