Great Clips @ Pooler Marketplace We are looking for a great manager who can foster a positive workplace culture where staff enjoy working and grow professionally as stylists. Must have a current Cosmology. Average pay about $35 per hour.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be organized
- Must be licensed
- Able to cover all shifts where needed
- Passionate about making people look their best
- Must have a current Cosmology

- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.

- Deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs.
- Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists.

- Manage day-to-day salon operations.
- Focus on team performance and customer experience.
- Provide services to customers.
- Guide salon teams in brand delivery and achieve GREAT results.
