We’re looking for a talented Salon Manager to join our growing team at Honking Dog Kitty Paw! With 34 salons across the DFW and Wichita Falls markets, we offer stability, growth, and a supportive environment where leaders truly thrive. As a Salon Manager, you’ll lead and inspire your team while staying hands-on behind the chair delivering great haircuts and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
