This is a full-time position requiring a Cosmetology license. Our Salon Manager's base wage is $23 per hour and the average with commission, tips, and monthly bonus is $35-$40 per hour. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities
- Lead the team, manage salon operations, and deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs.
- Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists.
- Manage day-to-day salon operations.

- Provide services to customers, splitting time between salon management responsibilities and providing services.
