Salon Manager
About The Position
Supercuts and the SuperCT Group are seeking a Salon Manager who is a team player, passionate about the beauty industry, and excited to grow with them. Supercuts is Connecticut's largest Supercuts franchisee, with 11 salons and 80 team members across five counties, and is among the fastest-growing Supercuts franchisee groups in the country. The Salon Manager will lead, inspire, and coach a team of stylists, deliver a 5-Star Client Experience, build client loyalty, recruit and develop stylists, and drive salon growth through goal setting, scheduling, and business management. This role involves leading by example both behind the chair and as part of the Leadership Team.
Requirements
- Current Connecticut Cosmetology or Barber License
- Strong technical skills and a passion for outstanding client experiences
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching, recruiting, and developing others
- A positive, team-first attitude and a desire to grow professionally
- Strong communication, organization, and business skills
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and coach a team of talented stylists.
- Deliver our signature 5-Star Client Experience, built around Convenience, Connection, and Care.
- Build client loyalty through exceptional service and strong relationships.
- Recruit, develop, and retain great stylists while helping build talent across our salon network.
- Drive salon growth through goal setting, scheduling, and sound business management.
- Lead by example, both behind the chair and as part of our Leadership Team.

- $30–$45/hour total earning opportunity, including hourly pay, service and retail commissions, tips, and performance bonuses
