Our Overlake salon is in search of a Salon Manager to lead a squad of pros & secure the bag. Base is $25-$28/hr, but total potential hits $40-$50/hr with tips and bonuses. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible schedule for evening/weekend shifts

- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
