Great Clips is looking for an experienced stylist and leader to manage our salon team. As Salon Manager, you’ll inspire team members, support daily operations, and deliver outstanding guest experiences behind the chair. Enjoy $25–$35+ per hour, flexible day, evening, and weekend scheduling, paid holidays, PTO, training opportunities, and a rewarding career with a trusted salon brand.
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
