Salon Manager Position Available $22/hr. $22.00 per hour plus commission, bonus and tips. Experience preferred but not required. Join an amazing team and help grow a busy salon to the next level! Join Team Miller!! FULL TIME POSITION (Cosmetology license required). Our Salon Manager's base wage is $23 per hour and the average with commission, tips, and monthly bonus is $35-$40 per hour. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Cosmetology or Barber License Required
Nice To Haves
- Experience preferred but not required
- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required
