Our Georgetown salon group is looking for a full time experienced manager to manage skilled team. With paid training, ongoing education and opportunities for advancement you will be set for success with us. Earn $30-$47+ per hour with ADDITIONAL bonus opportunities, Ask about our benefits which include PTO, medical, dental and vision insurance. Licensed Texas cosmetologist or barbers may apply.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Licensed Texas cosmetologist or barbers may apply.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required. Many Salon Managers are promoted from within after showing strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team, manage salon operations, and deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs.
- Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists.
- Manage day-to-day salon operations.
- Focus on team performance and customer experience.
- Provide services to customers.
- Guide salon teams in brand delivery and achieve GREAT results.
