We’re hiring a motivated and experienced Salon Manager to help grow an already successful salon in the highly desirable 4S Ranch area of San Diego. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and ready to take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have an open and flexible schedule, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Avg earnings are $30-$35.00 per hour.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Open and flexible schedule
