About The Position

Your 2026 main character arc involves leading a top-tier salon team as our new Salon Manager in Kenmore!! We are looking for a WA licensed cosmetologist or barber with serious leadership experience who is ready to manage a busy floor. With a base wage of $24–$26, potentially earn $40–$50+/hr including tips, bonuses. Featuring weekly pay, a 401(k) with a match, and PTO and vacation time to make sure you’re living your best life inside and outside the salon. Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• WA licensed cosmetologist or barber with serious leadership experience
