About The Position
Sharkey's Cuts for Kids is seeking a motivated and passionate Salon Manager with cosmetology and barbering experience to lead by example. This role involves overseeing daily salon operations, supporting and coaching stylists, and ensuring a high-quality, fun, and stress-free haircutting experience for children. The manager will maintain Sharkey's high standards of service, foster a positive team culture, and promote the salon to new customers and potential team members. Sharkey's provides the necessary tools, support, and environment for success while delivering an exciting and memorable haircutting experience.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead the team (by example)

- Strong hair cutting skills with ability to mentor
