About The Position
Palm Beach Tan is seeking a passionate, hard-working Salon Director/Store Manager to represent its nationwide brand. The salon offers sunbed tanning, spray tanning, skin care, and wellness services. This role combines salon operations and team leadership with sales and customer service in a supportive, team-focused environment. The position offers base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, training in customer service, sales, and leadership, and opportunities for growth. Scheduling is described as flexible, and the company is closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Leadership or management experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, for up to 7 hours per day.
- Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Hire and train Beauty Consultants.
- Provide ongoing team training.
- Conduct customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
- Ensure company and legal policies, procedures, and requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon.
- Handle cash and open and close the business.
- Track goals and performance metrics.
