About The Position
Audi Central Houston is the largest Audi store in the country, housed in a striking 7-story facility and consistently recognized as an Audi Magna Elite Society award winner for excellence in customer experience, volume, and team performance. This role offers an opportunity to grow a career with a top-performing store backed by a world-class brand. The position involves joining the elite sales team to support the #1 Audi salesperson in the USA for 30 years.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic and eager to start a career in automotive sales
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.

- Previous sales or customer service experience a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Support daily sales activities
- Manage outreach and customer follow-ups to build strong relationships
- scheduling and conducting test drives
- Prepare vehicles for delivery and assist with the handoff to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Learn sales techniques and industry knowledge from a top performer
