About The Position

We are looking for an automotive mastermind to assist with our retention of current guest sales and the reaffirmation of the world class customer service that Audi Orange Park represents. This person will be utilizing the Automotive Mastermind Tool to leverage predictive analytics, behavioral data and targeted marketing software to help drive sales and recapture guests. This person must have a strong gift of selling and communication skills, be excited about earning above market commissions based on his/her efforts and participating in the growth and journey of Audi of Orange Park. This position offers role-advancement opportunities. This is an exciting role that requires this person to be a go getter, a driver and have the untrainable fire in his/her belly. Requirements

  • Experience using Automotive Mastermind or similar CRM/data tools preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and internet tools
  • Strong background in internet and phone sales
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to high CSI
  • Organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be able to pass background check and hair follicle drug test
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of automotive dealership sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Experience maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSI)

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve monthly sales goals
  • Maintain strong knowledge of inventory
  • Use Automotive Mastermind to identify and target in-market customers
  • Prospect via phone, email, and in-person outreach
  • Manage leads and follow-up to drive repeat and referral business
  • Guide customers through the full sales process, including test drives and delivery
  • Present vehicle features, warranties, and service options
  • Negotiate, close deals, and complete all required paperwork
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reporting
  • Stay current on products and industry trends
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support dealership growth
  • Perform other duties as assigned
