Establishing personal income goals and devising strategies to meet them is crucial, as is staying informed about new products and understanding vehicle equity and depreciation. The salesperson ensures the Sales Manager meets each customer, turns in completed paperwork to the Finance Manager, prepares sold vehicles for delivery, and delivers vehicles to customers, explaining operating features, warranty, and paperwork. Introducing customers to service department personnel and following up on post-delivery items are also key responsibilities. Regular review and analysis of actions are expected to improve time utilization and planning effectiveness. The role also involves attending sales meetings, maintaining a professional appearance, and assisting with inventory maintenance tasks.
