About The Position

Land Rover Pasadena is hiring a Salesperson to help guests select new or pre-owned vehicles and provide a personalized luxury sales experience. The dealership offers a modern showroom, extensive inventory, comprehensive training, and career-growth opportunities with Sonic Automotive. Compensation includes $19.00 per hour, draw plus commission, and uncapped earning potential. Expected annual earnings are $85,000–$180,000 based on performance; commission and any production bonus depend on sales or performance and have no stated fixed upper limit.

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused, competitive, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Previous experience in a commission- or quota-driven sales environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven luxury retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Authorized to work in the USA.
Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug testing.

2–3 years of automotive sales experience preferred.
