Requirements

2–3 years of automotive sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused, competitive, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Previous experience in a commission- or quota-driven sales environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven luxury retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug testing.
