About The Position
Porsche Birmingham, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking a Salesperson to join their team. This role involves responding to internet inquiries, managing customer data in the CRM, generating sales appointments, conducting phone surveys, utilizing lead management tools, and compiling necessary reports. The position emphasizes ethical behavior, customer satisfaction, and honesty. The compensation is commission-based with a potential to earn $80,000 - $200,000+ annually by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Requirements
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
- Ability to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license

Responsibilities
- Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism
- Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
- Generate sales appointments
- Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience
- Effectively utilize lead management tools
- Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis
- Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
