Requirements
- Previous Retail sales or customer service experience required
- Available to work weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist both internal and external guests with retail needs.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge and provide keen personalized service to make each retail purchase memorable.
- Circulate on the floor, continually checking merchandise displays to ensure the store is well stocked.
- Provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell to each guest.
- Use Hotel Retail Sequence of Service guidelines in all guest interactions.
- Handle guest requests by reading and anticipating their needs and upselling new products.
- Perform opening and/or closing duties.
- Ensure assigned areas are clean and orderly.
- Provide lateral service for other departments to ensure flawless personalized service for all internal and external guests.
