This is an entry-level sales and delivery position. As a Salesperson, you will support the DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives, possessing knowledge of store systems, basic automotive systems, and parts. You will have the ability to source parts from various locations and in-depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance. As a Store Driver, you will deliver parts to commercial customers and assist with store tasks and inventory. This position can be part-time or full-time and requires fleet safety certification. The role involves providing excellent customer service, achieving sales goals, performing DIY services, maintaining store standards, and managing inventory processes. Secondary responsibilities include store cleanliness and general stocking. Essential skills include communication, basic math, and the ability to work varied schedules. Prior retail sales experience is beneficial for the Salesperson role, while automotive parts experience is preferred for the Store Driver role. A valid driver's license and fleet safety certification are required.
