Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance
• High degree of self-motivation and project positive attitude
• Customer centric and enjoys serving others
• Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner.
• Know your customers and products to find the perfect fit.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing.
• Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently.
• Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution.
