About The Position

We’re looking for reliable, hands‑on candidates to join our team as Office Furniture Installers. In this role, you’ll help deliver, assemble, and install office furniture for corporate and institutional clients across the region. Consolidated Office Installation Services offers interested candidates with office furniture installation experience and an aptitude for hands-on, practical work the opportunity to apply their skills, enthusiasm, and experience to the field of office furniture installation and assembly.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs + and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Must have own tools and required PPE (safety boots, hard hat)
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Must be bondable
• Ability to read floor plans, drawings, and assembly instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable working with GPS, tablets, and basic tech
• Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends

Nice To Haves

• Experience with office furniture systems (Haworth, Steelcase, Teknion, Herman Miller, Global, Allsteel, Knoll) is an asset
• Bilingualism is an asset.
• Reliability Clearance will be required upon hire; Secret Clearance is an asset

Responsibilities

• Deliver, assemble, and install office furniture and systems
• Follow floor plans, diagrams, and installation instructions
• Load and unload trucks with product, tools, and equipment
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Perform basic repair work and service calls when required
• Communicate clearly with clients and coworkers
• Work safely and maintain professional conduct on every job site
