About The Position

CTG is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive design, development, and support of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations, along with proven leadership in Agile environments and coordination with offshore teams. The position is located in Atlanta, GA and is for a duration of 12 months.

Requirements

8+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, Integrations)
3+ years as a Technical Lead with onshore/offshore coordination experience
Strong Agile/Scrum experience working with product owners
Hands-on experience with APIs and enterprise integrations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with application monitoring, incident management, and production support
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery (design, development, deployment, and support)
Provide technical leadership to onshore/offshore teams
Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define and deliver requirements
Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows
Build and manage integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
Support production environments, including incident management and root cause analysis
Monitor application performance and ensure system reliability
Manage code deployments and environment synchronization
Participate in Agile ceremonies and lead technical discussions
Provide 24x7 support coverage in a shift/on-call model
