About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 8+ years of commercial experience to join one of our biggest and key projects from Canada. This role requires regular business trips to Toronto. You will be working on a large enterprise Salesforce ecosystem with a distributed international team. The project involves enterprise-level system development, scaling, and continuous improvement, providing an opportunity to collaborate with a mature client organization and oversee a big delivery team (Developers, QAs, BAs, Salesforce Admins). The project is in an ongoing product ecosystem with continuous scaling and active development, utilizing a modern tech stack with no legacy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of commercial experience with Salesforce
  • At least 4+ years in a solution architect/technical lead role
  • Hands-on expertise across Force.com platform limits, Apex (triggers, batch, async), LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, REST/SOAP integrations, and Salesforce DX & CI/CD
  • Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud configuration and delivery
  • Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations, including complex integrations and large data volume handling
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, AMPscript)
  • CRM Analytics / Data Cloud
  • MuleSoft / iPaaS integrations
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Architect track)

Responsibilities

  • Own solution design and technical architecture for Salesforce implementations across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, custom Lightning apps, Marketing Cloud and integrations.
  • Engage in frequent meetings with a wide range of stakeholders — business owners, product managers, administrators, architects, QA, and client-side teams — to gather and clarify requirements, align on priorities and scope, facilitate design discussions, present technical solutions and trade-offs, and report on delivery progress and risks.
  • Translate business needs into technical designs and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Design and deliver enterprise solutions across Sales/Service Cloud, custom Lightning apps, Marketing Cloud and integrations.
  • Define development standards and best practices, conduct code reviews, mentor the team, own architecture/design and release management (DevOps, CI/CD), and ensure code quality, governor-limit optimization and on-time, high-quality delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.
