About The Position

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will partner with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud and Agentforce. You will lead architecture decisions that prioritize declarative and configuration-based implementation patterns, with custom development used intentionally for requirements that cannot be met declaratively. In this role, you will establish technical standards, guide delivery teams, and ensure solution quality, scalability, and supportability. You will provide technical leadership for platform architecture, integrations, and release strategy while mentoring teams on configuration governance and long-term platform health. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with software engineering or software development
  • 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and advanced configuration
  • Experience committing code and metadata to Git repositories
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps technologies and tools, including GitHub, Copado, Salesforce DX, and Flosum
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree
  • U.S. citizenship is required

  • Experience leading enterprise Sales Cloud and Agentforce transformation programs
  • Possession of excellent client-facing or advisory skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
