About The Position

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for defining scalable and future-ready Revenue Cloud solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and Salesforce best practices. The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ, subscription-based business models, and enterprise integrations. This individual will partner closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams to deliver innovative revenue transformation solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and/or Salesforce CPQ.
  • Proven success architecting and delivering enterprise Quote-to-Cash transformation programs.
  • Strong experience with subscription-based, recurring revenue, and consumption-based business models.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP platforms, including SAP.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, integrations, data modeling, and scalability considerations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) implementations.
  • Define scalable, extensible, and secure Quote-to-Cash (QTC) solution architectures.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
  • Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices across the program.
  • Design and implement end-to-end processes including: Product Catalog Management, Product Configuration and Pricing, Salesforce CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Subscription Management, Renewals and Amendments & Billing and Revenue Management
  • Define enterprise integration strategies between Salesforce and external applications such as ERP, Finance, Tax, and other business systems.
  • Design and oversee API-based integration architectures and data exchange patterns.
  • Lead architecture workshops, solution reviews, and technical design sessions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development, administration, and integration teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, solution teams, and executive leadership.
  • Support project planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery governance.
