About the Role: As a Brand Growth Executive at ShopMy, you will play a key role in driving growth by engaging with beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands across the US, Europe, and Australia. You will become a trusted partner to these brands, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how the ShopMy platform can help them exceed their goals. Through strategic outreach and partnership with our BDRs, you will build a robust pipeline of potential clients and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to close. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the industry to promote ShopMy’s SaaS subscription programs, negotiate favorable affiliate rates for creators, and continuously refine our brand subscription plans to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years experience working for a B2B SaaS company
  • Must have experience consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • You must be organized, motivated, well-connected/versed in the beauty and/or fashion industry
  • You are a self-starter with a bias toward action and be an inspiration to the entire team in a fast-paced environment
  • You are focused on results and outcome

Nice To Haves

  • A strong understanding of the creator economy and digital marketing trends
  • Experience selling to brands, agencies, or within the creator/influencer marketing space

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for pitching prospective clients, leading demos, and closing those brands as efficiently as possible
  • Meet and exceed sales expectations quarter-over-quarter
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles for brand subscriptions to achieve revenue objectives
  • Follow up with leads in a timely manner and stay on top of all brands in pipeline
  • Construct commercial packages, create Insertion Orders, and negotiate deals with prospective clients
  • Work closely with Brand Onboarding and Brand Success to ensure seamless client hand-off after close
