About The Position

Kforce is looking for a Salesforce System Administrator for an opportunity with a large organization in the downtown Kansas City, MO area. Summary: The Salesforce Systems Administrator will maintain and enhance the client's Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud instance-a centralized CRM platform used by to manage client relationships, track tasks, and activities, and provides reporting that supports advisor and leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with strong technical and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce system Administrator
• Experience with Sales and Service Cloud are a must have
• Experience with building and modifying Salesforce flows within Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
• Familiarity with architecture and how to build out solutions
• Experience with testing in most recent position
• Experience with data integrations (have a lot of systems, and repositories this person will need to work though, validate, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Salesforce FSC (Financial Services Cloud) is a nice to have

Responsibilities

• Partner with the leadership and subject matter experts, with guidance and oversight, this role is responsible for managing Salesforce access and security and support daily platform needs
• Ensure data integrity through cleanup and deduplication
• Build and modify Salesforce Flows
• Deliver roadmap projects
• Oversee testing
• Additional duties include handling ad hoc reporting, integrating third-party tools, and maintaining thorough documentation
