About The Position

abra professional services is seeking a Salesforce System Analyst & Project Manager! This challenging role in a dynamic, high-tech environment involves writing functional specifications/user stories, defining complex processes with multiple interfaces to financial systems, and delivering effective technical and operational solutions for business requirements. Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, making professional architecture and implementation decisions with stakeholders, and leading the end-to-end design process through to delivery. The role also entails managing and leading projects/tasks across the entire project lifecycle, and coordinating and managing cross-functional interfaces with both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring deliverable quality and alignment with core business requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Analyst within enterprise-scale organizations
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management

Nice To Haves

• Experience in systems analysis within financial institutions / financial enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, user management, permission sets/roles, and Flows
• Familiarity with call center, branch, and back-office operational processes
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience managing multiple interfaces, cross-functional teams, and client-facing communication
