About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a strong focus on Salesforce Integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions that leverage Salesforce technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of integration methodologies and best practices, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Integration, including Salesforce APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar platforms.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services, as well as data transformation techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively and efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on Salesforce integration.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Integration Architect.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable and robust solutions using Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Lead the integration strategy for Salesforce applications, including data migration, API management, and third party integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for Salesforce integration tools and technologies.
• Oversee the development and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
• Participate in project planning and estimation, ensuring timely delivery of integration projects.
