About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and deliver robust Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments. This role requires deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including specialized clouds like Energy & Utility Cloud and Experience Cloud, as well as strong technical skills in development, integration, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, along with relevant Salesforce certifications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 6+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Salesforce platform capabilities, including Energy & Utility Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flow, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with integration patterns, middleware platforms, ETL, and enterprise data architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, version control, release management, platform security, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
• Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Copado DevOps

Responsibilities
